GAR-FIELD GRAD EVENTS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

G-F Grad Events, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization established to plan events and gather support from the community for charitable programs and services directed toward the well-being of youth and families within the community.

Annually, Gar-Field Grad Events will award scholarships based on academic achievement, community service and need. Scholarships will be awarded to Gar-Field High School senior(s) who best meet the requirements set forth by the Scholarship Committee. Scholarship awards are limited to cover tuition and fees. Four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in 2020.

The Selection Committee will review and score all submitted applications.

Guidelines for the Gar-Field Grad Events Scholarship Program
Scholarships are open to graduating Gar-Field High School seniors. Scholarship monies will be paid directly to the educational institution in the student's name.

Student applicants must meet the following guidelines:

  1. Plan to attend, or currently attend an accredited college or university, business school or Technical/trade school on a full time basis.

  2. Must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.

  3. Must have acquired acceptance to the educational institution of his/her choice and must be an enrolled full-time student for the fall semester of the graduating year.

All applications and supporting documents must be received no later than the deadline set each year.
